Hello recently I’ve gone back on and started playing the Sims4 again,
I noticed I was missing my laundry pack my cats and dogs pack and my toddler pack which I believe came as a bundle..
every time I go to the PS or EA store or any of those it says that they’re not owned, I’ve uninstalled the Sims4 app and reinstalled it and added on packs but it’s only given me the University pack and the city living extension packs to install but no others that I’ve purchased?

This issue usually occurs when the purchasing account is no longer on the console, the console is not set to home/primary for the purchasing account, or you are offline without having your console set as home/primary.
