What happens when the bug occurs? A few months ago my sims 4 game went back to bring the generic Game without all of my add ons. When I go into the game it tells me that I do not have the game. I’ve already restored license on my ps4 and deleted/re downloaded my sims 4 game. I also checked errors and nothing is working. I’ve contacted PlayStation and EA but there’s nothing else they can do because they said it’s an error within the game. The game acknowledges that I bought the add on but still says “requires the sims 4 game sold separately”
What do you expect to see? My add ons
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.

Please describe the patch or change you made. I updated the game when I was able to click on my player then that’s when it stopped working

It sounds like the base game or DLC isn't fully installed to your console. Let's try these steps to be sure all the content is installed:
- Quit the game if you have it running.
- Go to your Library.
- Choose Purchased.
- Select The Sims 4.
- Scroll down to Playstation Store and open My Add ons.
- Find your DLC and base game in the list and start the download.
- When the download finishes, let your new content install and restart your game.

- @EA_Solaire Hi thanks so much for the response. I’m in the add ons part but it doesn’t have the base game in here. Should I just reinstall all add ons?

The base game should be located just under the Library section, let's make sure that's installed first before trying your DLC.
