@EA_Solaire Hi thanks so much for the response. I’m in the add ons part but it doesn’t have the base game in here. Should I just reinstall all add ons?

Community ManagerThe base game should be located just under the Library section, let's make sure that's installed first before trying your DLC.

Were you able to get everything reinstalled properly and get that error message cleared up?
- @EA_Solaire No I’m still unable to use my add ons. It still says requires sims 4 game (sold separately)
