Okay so there is a issue with a pack on the Xbox. It’s a stuff pack. It’s the first pet stuff pack. It shows that it cannot be bought. It says that it requires the sim 4 game, and the cats and dogs pack. And all game updates to play. Which, is weird, because I have sims 4, very obvious, I have cats and dogs, there isn’t a update right now, so I have everything. But it still says all that. Can you please help? Like tell me something to do, if it’s on my side, and if the issue is on your side please fix it. Just anyone please help.
@MidnightSkySmith Try purchasing the game directly from the Microsoft store, not the in game purchase.
