I have the sims 4 cats and dog packs it was one of the first ones i owned. Im trying to get the all pets pack but its saying i dont have the cats and dog pack. i need help with why this isnt working on xbox one

This is an ongoing issue. Please use the Microsoft store to purchase Cats and Dogs and not the in game menu. This issue is also covered in this thread:
