    Hey all,

    This issue was resolved in Patch 1.70.

    Please be sure to fully close and update your game- if you're still having crashing issues once your game is fully updated, please create a new thread here so we can investigate further.

i would love, love a solution. my game has been unplayable for 20 days now. every evening i power on hoping for the best but expecting the inevitable crashes. i too have tried and retried every troubleshooting step by step. is anybody offering any other solutions other than the same 4 or 5 in the link that gets attached to almost every message?

@texasamykay Make sure you haven't saved any custom paintings. Like something someone may have copied off Google and put the picture on an art canvas. That is actually custom content and it can even fail during a save which will make you lose your save file and cause a lot of problems with your game. Of course that's all besides the issues from the patch breaking the game.
