Hey all,

This issue was resolved in Patch 1.70.

Please be sure to fully close and update your game- if you're still having crashing issues once your game is fully updated, please create a new thread here so we can investigate further.

On Xbox1, I got two households where I got the issue of crashing when exiting build mode.

Usually the first time I open buildmode and exit it all works fine but if I do it a seconde time the game crashes.

The weird thing is that (at least for now) it is just happening for those 2 households on their homelot.

This has started after I installed NK btw.

In the houses that you're playing in do they have basements?
Ive noticed if I play a house hold with basements the crash happens more often same with having a pregnant sim in the house also

  @helenajade863they do have basements.
  But I've been playing with a different household now and they got a basement too, no crashes so far.

    Its a memory issue that causes the crashing the more objects or packs you use will cause it to happen there's nothing you can do to fix it until ea free up memory space they've already done it for ps4 in the last update it was in the patch notes i play on ps4 and my game is fine now so hopefully xbox will be fixed soon
