    Hey all,

    This issue was resolved in Patch 1.70.

    Please be sure to fully close and update your game- if you're still having crashing issues once your game is fully updated, please create a new thread here so we can investigate further.

My game used to work completely fine but about a month ago it just completely stopped saving and if I try to save the whole save file gets deleted. At this point it's not saving at all which makes it impossible to play knowing everything i do in one play session wont be saved and will likely be deleted. I've tried deleting, uninstalling, and constantly restarting the game but nothing has worked.

This Happened to Me a lot on Sims 3 but thankfully not yet on 4 mainly because I only play enough after each update to see if they fixed the persistent crashing which they have not. I rarely play sims 4 anymore and I sure as H3ll ain't Buying anymore DLC I can't use due to the Frequent Crash to Dashboard/XBHome. I wish maxis never partnered with EA that was dire mistake.
