Hey all,

This issue was resolved in Patch 1.70.

Please be sure to fully close and update your game- if you're still having crashing issues once your game is fully updated, please create a new thread here so we can investigate further.

Wow. Thank you.
I’ve no idea how to start but I’ll give your fab suggestions a go.
i’ve just had a thought. The only difference with that save from the others is I uploaded a sim from the gallery but that was long before Christmas & up until now I’ve played loads since downloading it. Could that be the issue? Is there any way to resolve this?

@GemzLS84 Can you load the save at all or does it just hang on the initial loading screen?

If you can get into manage worlds, you can try to save sims to the library. The Father Winter issue started with the Nov 10th patch and wasn't fixed until December so if you had a holiday during that time, your save was probably affected by the duplication issue.

Ok. Thanks so much.
it just stays stuck on the loading screen. I patiently waited nearly 10 minutes after the loading bar filled up in a bid to see if it would load but nothing

  I’ve managed to save lot & household separately to my library so the impact of this loss is now a bit more bearable lol.
