Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I have no idea
What happens when the bug occurs? Closes out my game completely and tells me to report I've been reporting it since before the pandemic no one will listen to us console players and we spend the same amount as everyone else and do not have access to mods ! To make our sims really look like us from eyelashes hair nails etc no just skin tones
What do you expect to see? I expect to see a working game with no crashing closing out all my work in case to start all over again can't use go to work if it has to load it closes Sims is for ever stealing in restaurants homes etc it's so annoying please help!
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.

I have no files at the moment but all saved files is in all my reports in game my sims name is ginabee550 please help!!!!!! I haven't used this game properly for almost a year now and I still purchase packs with hope&faith !!!
