Since the last two updates my game keeps freezing it always happens when I first launch the game wether i go to play household or gallery it will just freeze i can't do anything but close application when i relaunch again its fine so now its taking me up to 20 minutes to play
Ive tried to launch my game 3 time today click play household as soon as it loads my game freezes with no alternative but to quit application its getting ridiculous now i can't even play anymore

EA Staff (Retired)I found the problem occurred when either i added an update or new pack to my game also happened when the main menu was updated after i launch the game it would freeze i would then have to launch again and it would be fine i didn't try most of the trouble shooting because none related to the problem i was having

I don't see why any of those threads are relevant i don't have any dlc issues the problem occurs when new data is added to my game wether its something new on the main page a new patch or new pack for instance if there is a new pack advertised on main menu when i first launch my game it will freeze if i update my game with a new patch it will freeze

We can keep the PS4 freezing separate from the PS5 one for now.
