Gallery corrupted

Hello, 

i’ve been having issues with the gallery for as long as i can remember. It doesn’t load. All i see is red x’s. When i click on an item it loads for a long time then the error: ‘Item corrupt. Would you like to remove it?’ When i click on yes it loads again then shows: ‘server error. We could not process this gallery request. Please try again later.’ 

i’ve tried everything! Without mods it doesn’t load. Deleting localthumbcache doesnt work. Emptying the tray folder doesn’t work. I’ve already deleted the sims 4 and EA before. i’ve had my laptop connected to an internet cable before. It doesn’t work on my moms, dads or my own internet, so i dont think its an internet issue. 

I cant seem to be able to contact EA either. 
please help!!
