Gallery freezing XBOX

Gallery freezes and unable to exit from gallery. Must exit game or into manage worlds for gallery to close.

Are you seeing any error messages or error codes when this happens?

Where exactly is the freezing occurring, is it when you try to search for items, or try to place them into the world?
