unicornpro21 A lot of that sounds like this issue:
It's been patched for PC/Mac but not for consoles, although that should come soon. (The delay is in getting approval from Sony and Microsoft, as opposed to EA pushing out the patch on the EA App whenever it wants.) Once that patch does become available, see which problems are still present.
