Game constantly crashing on ps5 since update 06.03.2025

My game is constantly crashing on ps5 since new update whenever I try to save game or travel to other worlds etc.

I have tried the all the tips, cleared cache rebuilt data base, did a hard reset on the ps5 and nothing works to fix the game. I saw another similar thread to this where it says they are monitoring issues and to load up save files to a link but I can't fo this A because when the game crashes it just goes to error reported on ps5 home screen and B this means I can save anything to usb stick to send in. This is frustrating beyond belief as I play sims a lot but this is driving me insane!
