Game Crashes When Loading Into Household XBOX ONE

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:Microsoft XBOX One
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? Sims 4
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All of them.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try logging into my game through my xbox?
What happens when the bug occurs? My TV screen turns completely black for a brief few seconds, and then kicks me back out to my main xbox home screen. No error messages pop up.
What do you expect to see? I try to load into a household to see my family and house that I built/created, but instead I get completely kicked out of the game unable to play anything.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

This is ridiculous. For weeks I am unable to play this game. Everytime I try to load into ANY household, my TV screen turns black and then loads me back to my main xbox screen. I don't get any error messages. I am able to get to the main menu. I am able to access my neighborhoods. I am able to edit my Sims. But everytime I click on a household to enter and play the game, it crashes. This has been going on for weeks now.

I've tried clearing up my cache files, restarting, etc, but NOTHING fixes this issue. PLEASE get this bug taken care of. It's ridiculous having to pay for this game and these expansion packs but not being able to use them.

@22e7598407c66bab There isn't any way to increase the memory space. This is a limitation of the console. A help thread for dealing with this size issue on older gen consoles is here: Autonomy and Simulation Lag

You can still use your new packs, but you must keep the size of the lot and the amount of packs used in the build to a minimum in each build.

@VirologicTuba7 So i have just moved my family into the 30x20 lot that i have just built, and its done the same again (froze and went to a black screen then to the xbox main menu) when i pressed play household. So its got nothing at all to do with the size of the lot or weather you’ve downloaded from the gallery or not.

So the only thing it could be now is an actual bug with the game OR it could be the size of my family as its full, but again why allow us to have 8 sims in a household if its “too big”. I have always played with a full household in the past and only recently came across this problem, which is making me think thats its an actual problem with the game.

I don't build so I download a lot of the houses from gallery... In my households go as large as seven but the ones that I'm trying to play on is two -five... The one with the two SIM household is on a huge lot, where the langrabs used to live and some days it'll work but other days it won't. This is madness... I called and reported this on Friday and they told me they have a lot of other people saying the same thing and they're working on it. I spoke to someone else too and they said to cut down on people so I put my limit of Sims back on as well and deleting lots in my worlds. I mainly play in Oasis Springs... I'll just have to make do with my glitching hacks.... Because if this continues then I will be forced to buy a Xbox series s!!!!
