Game crashes

5 minutes after loading up a household, the game (software) crashes! Been doing it for a few days now.

Since I wasn't playing on the main ps4 account, in the first place, I turned the ps4 on today after work and all my saved data was automatically gone and the game was removed from my account but it was still downloaded on the main account. (my boyfriend's). Now it plays just fine but I had to start over.

You can try deleting the game files, and reinstalling the game?

How do I delete the files? What are the steps to locate them?

If you're on ps4 go to settings, storage, system storage, applications, then press the options button on the sims 4 and select delete, put the game in and let it reinstall to your system.
