game data incomplete issue

Question

Hi,&nbsp;Today I started to have this issue where the following pop up appears"game data incomplete""not all game data could be loaded. The save game references neighborhoods that have been uninstalled or otherwise are no longer available. If you continue playing, you will encounter missing data and may have unexpected results. If you save the game, there will be no way to recover the missing data."This appears after I click the play button on the menu to play my most recent file. The file has a group of sims living in an expansion pack town that I can no longer get into. I was able to play the file earlier even after getting the pop up (by going through the "load game" button on the main screen) but I dont want to try that again. When I did this to play the file by accessing it this way, I had no issues and did save. (if i lose this file due to missing data I dont care, I dont want to lose other files that I have not opened since this issue has started). I havent had any issues saving any of my sims files, but when I played the file yesterday (before the popup appeared) I had lost internet connection while playing, though im not sure this could cause any issues while playing. I did save the game while the internet was down.I play on xbox one and have the sims 4 and pets package on disc form, and all my expansion packs were downloaded from the xbox store. Ive only ever used the in game cheats never any outside ccs, and on the current file im playing I have not used cheats if this can mean anything.&nbsp;I know this issue has been covered before, but most posts were a few years old and covered PC sims 4 and not xbox. Is there any way to fix this without losing my files? To add, I have checked the "manage game and addons" on xbox, all packs are downloaded, and I did not see any updates needed for the game.

update:&nbsp;I currently tried to play again, and this time it brought me into the game like normal with no issues. I did not receive a pop up this time i entered the game. (I clicked the play button on the main screen to enter the game)To add: I have been having internet issues for the past 2 days (like mentioned in the first post where i saved when the internet was down before the pop up began appearing) and I had been playing with a hotspot to start the game (since you need internet to play downloaded games on xbox) im not sure if this is related in any way, but when i opened the game this time, my internet was on and i was not playing on a hotspot.&nbsp;While my issue seems to be gone, if anyone has any suggestions on how to solve this, it would be appreciated. I do not want to deal with these issues again and there is also nothing out there for xbox users with this issue.&nbsp;

@woolylamb1117&nbsp;If your game only gives you this error when offline, it sounds like your console is not set as home/primary.Please see this thread for more help.&nbsp;[Read First]FAQ - Sims 4 Console DLC IssuesIf this issue is occurring while you are online, you need to uninstall and reinstall your game.
