Game data incomplete

When I load a game it says the my game data was incomplete. And now I can only use the base game...it still shows that I have games that I own but when I load a game it does not show it. How can this...

    @Monaeshontelle 

    Thanks! This error typically means your DLC is not currently installed to your console- you can run through these steps to be sure all your packs are properly installed:

    • Restore the licenses on your console 
    • Go to your Game Library 
    • Scroll to Your Collection
    • Select The Sims 4
    • Scroll down to Add-Ons and locate your DLC here
    • Select the DLC in this list and select Install
    • When the download finishes, let your new content install and restart The Sims
