Game failed to load error xbox

Are you seeing this error when trying to load into one particular household or family? Are you seeing any crashing as well? 

Hi it happens on Resume or any household. That I try to load.

Have you tried loading into a different save file, or tested a brand new save file? 

I am actually also having this issue, tried restarting the Xbox, nothing, tried uninstalling and reinstalling, nothing, it’s every house hold in my one save file, I have tried a different save file and it works there, but all my most important ones are on the one not loading, how do we fix it?? It also only started doing this after I downloaded the pack strange town,

Are you getting the exact same numbered error code, or are you seeing a different code?
