Game File corrupted (Gallery/PS4)
Hey guys,
I just played Sims 4 and I wanted to save a family but it didn’t work because there would’ve been a systematical error. I then put my PlayStation 4 (First one from 2014) into standby and as I tried to put it on again it didn’t work. I pulled the plug as nothing would help and put it on again. As I put Sims 4 up again it said my game file would be corrupted even though my Save File was fine. It turns out it deleted EVERYTHING I have ever done on Sims since 2017/18 in the library. Is there a way to fix it?
- @Teschnerd81 If there was corruption in the library file then it would have been deleted also. If you do not have the files backed up with PS+ or on a USB stick, they are lost.
It's a good idea if you do not have PS+ to purchase a USB stick, and back up any and all saved data periodically on your PS4 in case of corruption.
