Game not working
I have an Xbox series s and I bought a couple new add ons for sims 4 I played it for about a month and now it’s nowhere to be found. I can’t even find receipts for it ???? It was the interior decorator one and the for rent . I don’t understand how a game can just disappear like that ??? Please help ?
Are you perhaps signing in to a different account than what you bought the packs on? You need to have signed into and playing on the same account that they were bought on.
