game pack say " requires the sims 4 & all game updates" on ps4
I had the problem for a while on my ps4 and i was doing everything i think that might fix it but nothing works for me so if anyone can help me please do. i really miss my pack. :(

First let's try the following steps to clear this up:
- Restore the licenses on your console
- Go to your Game Library
- Scroll to Your Collection
- Select The Sims 4
- Scroll down to Add-Ons and locate your DLC here
- Select the DLC in this list and select Install
- When the download finishes, let your new content install and restart The Sims
