Game packs items removed

Question

Playing on Xbox one&nbsp;just realised after an update, building items and objects were removed from my game.&nbsp;it seems all my magic realm items have been removed, cauldron, books and potions. Not in any of the inventory. So my full progress as just vanished and my sim is going to die,&nbsp;any suggestions.&nbsp;completely gutted.&nbsp;This game seems to be plagued by glitches just had to move house and restart as kept crashing at old home.&nbsp;

@owenRob2004&nbsp;This usually happens when the account that owns the content is removed from the system, or the console is no longer the home/primary console.

Nothing had changed.&nbsp;mot was there, game glitched and then switched off when I went back in it had been removed and had realised. Until my wizard died.&nbsp;this game has been full of glitches&nbsp;

When I go to main page, it’s telling me I own the pack. Nothing changed within my settings from it glitching and shutting down to restarting straight away.

ive had continued problems with glitching and shutting down for months. EAhelp on Twitter just say they’re working on it.

ive asked for refunds as some days the game really is unplayable.

I can’t do doctor carer mode, as every time I go to computer at hospital it glitches and crashes.

@owenRob2004 I've notice items disappearing but not from the magic pack had to send message to because I don't think it's just one pack that it is affecting I think the whole game is being affected because I can't find at least two items from different parts of the game and I feel like a lot of other items have disappeared as well can't name them all off the top of my head though. so I think this is definitely a much bigger problem. I have my own Q&amp;A going on about a particular firepit that no longer seems to be in the game and it was in game before camping pack. So frustrating because I can't find it anywhere.
