Game Pass DLC issue

Question

So I own xbox game pass ultimate which includes ea play. I wanted to install The sims 4 from that subscribtion, which is supposed to include get to work dlc. Though after linking my xbox account to ea account, it said (in the ea app) that I only have the standard edition with no dlcs. The manage add-on button doesnt even show up.

Typically this means you have a different gamertag linked to your EA account than the gamertag with your membership. Please look over the connections section on your EA account to verify that you have the correct gamertag linked there.&nbsp;

If everything is linked correctly, try clearing the cache for the EA app with these steps.&nbsp;
