Get to Work expansion randomly malfunctioning (PlayStation)

I have been playing with the PlayStation Get to Work expansion (amongst others) on my PS5 for quite some time, all was well.

However now all of the content I had in my household and on my sims have completely disappeared. It doesn’t seem to be any other packs that have been affected (from what I can see). I tried deleting all Sims games and re-downloading, but that changed nothing. It says that Get to Work is still downloaded and it’s still marked as owned on the Packs screen. However, when trying to load my game I get the “Game Data Incomplete” info box pop up, which says the save references neighbourhoods that are uninstalled or no longer available, and I will encounter missing data etc etc, and if I save the game there will be no way to recover the data. So my game is currently unplayable.
If I try to go past that alert popping up, when entering into my save, the “Items Removed” info box pops up and says one or more items are not installed or I don’t own the content all of a sudden. And 16 build items have been removed and 23 substituted. Also my sim’s career is just gone because it was the detective career as part of the pack that appears to have malfunctioned.

I would like this to be resolved or at least advising on how to resolve because my game is currently unplayable as I am unable to save; and half of my stuff is missing so it has severely affected my game if I was to try and play on anyway.
