Growing together console release time

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try to install the growing together pack on console.
What happens when the bug occurs? The game says I have the pack installed but have to download the pack to use it. I go to the store and try and download it and download it over and over again but it never days it’s installed
What do you expect to see? I expect to see the pack in my game

I bought the growing together pack and downloaded the content it came with, I opened the game and the pack is not in my game; it says I need to download the content to use it but I did. I open the microsoft store again and it says I haven’t installed it. I constantly install it over and over again but it doesn’t get added to my game.
