HELP!! With my Vet Clinic! No cheats! Ps4

Question

Set up my vet clinic with the best of the best of everything and then some. Opened with my first employee. After a bit I realized my sim doesn’t do anything! She’s just a basic sim like she’s visiting. I have No greets, can’t make medicine, no exams, I can’t even lock the office door. I can’t praise or criticize employees, no training options, BASIC VISITING SIM. My only options are basic “friendly introduction”. PLEASE HELP!

I cant restart the game. I’m incredibly rich and don’t want cheats. I play it clean. Can you help me please!!!

never had that problem, I'd try selling the clinic and then buying it again.

Is your sim employed at the clinic?When you buy a clinic, you have find a job and then it should work. Worked for me.You now have employees, but no job
