Hole in my floor

My ground is flat I have tried putting a column under it rebuilding room above and below still wont fix it? Here is a screenshot it is for ps4.

    @tigerrun777  Did you delete the stairs? If not, possibly delete them and rebuild the rooms before placing stairs again. You could also try saving the lot to your library and then bulldozing the existing lot before placing the build down again from your library. 

    Edit: do you have a glass roof somewhere? Probably delete that also if so.

    I did delete the stairs and saved my game went to manage worlds then loaded the house again and it was fixed. Thanks for your help.
