How to follow/Add friends on Gallery (CONSOLE USERS)

Question

Does anyone know how to connect with or add friends on Sims 4 via the Gallery on PS4?

I see that there is a connections section for following, followers and blocked on PS4 next to my gametag within profile, but I don't see any option to add friends.

My main goal is to see my friend's gallery. How can I do so?

I don't think you can add friends like that just follow other players you can on the pc put I haven't seen&nbsp; that option on console.
