I can’t go up a floor

I was playing the Sims 5 on my PlayStation five when I went down a level and then when I tried to go up, it would not let me. I tried to in build mode and it still doesn’t work. I tried resetting my ...

Is the button not responding when you try to go up and down, or are you seeing any error message? 

Have you tested this on other lots as well, and a new save file?
