i can’t access gallery on sims 4 on playstation

has anyone else on ps4 had issues with accessing the gallery? i’ve been trying for weeks to access the gallery, google hasn’t been much help. i’ve went into game options and tried to link my EA account multiple times and it still isn’t working. my wi-fi is working because i’m able to load and watch netflix. anyways i really like using the gallery for builds and other sims so this has been upsetting 😞

    @lexilennox Have you found a solution? We are having this is as well on the PlayStation 4. The gallery is simply not there. Only the library. No error messages. Account is linked and they are signed in and connected. Multiple restarts and still the gallery tab is NOT there just the library.
    Has there been a solution?
    I’ve seen this issue is happening for others the past couple years as there is multiple threads and complaints on Reddit and other places as well. Just want to access my stuff on my gallery.
    Help would be appreciated

    That’s what we thought at first but upon checking it wasn’t the case (or it wasn’t showing it was). 
    We contacted PlayStation customer service as well to be sure and asked if it was a bug, but no other games were locked out that should have been. 

    My adult daughter just played without the gallery while she visited.

    I'd recommend you get in contact with our live support team as well so they can check over your EA account details to see if anything there would be blocking your online access.
