I can’t create a sim because the arrow you steer with just disappears

I play sims four on a PlayStation four and when I try to create a sim the arrow that you steer with just disappears randomly making some of the buttons to stop workin. But when I go out from the app they function normally again. How can I fix this without erasing the sim I have created? (Sorry for the bad English I’m from Sweden)
