I have just bought this game and this glitch is still happening. Nice to know over a year since you posted this response with an apparent fix incoming and it's still not fixed....and yes my game is up to date before you ask.

It was fixed, but this newest patch we just got broke it and several other things. There's a complaint post on the bug report forums.

This isn't anything new. P.C still has issues that have been "resolved" but really havent been. And P.C has a ton of bugs/glitches and has been out for a lot longer.
Consoles always get the last of everything, between updates and content. Though we are almost caught up w the content part..
