I didn't complete 3 careers for the Renaissance Aspiration, but game says I did.

I completed all levels and promotions of only 2 careers: conversationalist and musician. I am still doing the musician career because of how well it pays so I did not quit my job to start the third career just yet. I had the other requirement complete as well which I think was having 6 skills with level 8. I signed up to do an odd job, once I completed this odd job, all of the sudden I had completed my Renaissance Aspiration which means that I completed a up to level 3 in a third career? How is this possible? Possible glitch?
