I installed Toddler Stuff on my Xbox one.

I installed Toddler stuff for the Sims 4 on my Xbox 1 and it said that I needed to download it to use it, like it didn’t say that I didn’t own it, it just said that I need to download it to use it. ...

    Sul Sul, @ToddlerStufBroke.

If you're still having difficulty accessing your Packs, let's try some troubleshooting.

After installing a pack, the troubleshooting steps are:

    • PS4-only: Confirm that the console shows the pack as INSTALLED and not “READY TO INSTALL” under Manage Game & add-ons
    • If the pack isn’t there, download it and restart The Sims 4
    • If the pack is installed
      • Quit The Sims 4 and restart the game
    • If it still doesn’t show up
      • Press and hold the power button on the front of the Xbox One until it turns off
      • Wait 30 seconds and turn on the console again (cold boot)
      • Launch The Sims 4
    • If it STILL doesn’t show up
      • Press and hold the power button on the front of the Xbox One until it turns off
      • Unplug the Xbox One from power
      • Wait 30 seconds, plug it back in and turn on the console again
      • Launch The Sims 4

Please let me know how it goes for you.
