I keep getting stuck when I use my library/gallery

I don’t know why but whenever I use it, it doesn’t work at all and I just get stuck and can’t go back especially on the main menu or in CAS. I normally have to restart my play station just to get out. All these new bugs have came since the marketplace was added and not to mention I can’t even access the marketplace where all the maker packs are. I don’t know why this is happening just fix it please.
