I see add on in my purchase on the ps4 but it wont appear on the ps5

I have the dine out, parenthood, pets, and 1 other pack that was purchased on my husband's account. On my account I have 11 or 12 other add ons. 

When I signed into my account on ps5, I was able to download the sims 4 base game and all the add ons from my account, but when I am on my husband's account it doesn't allow me to download the other add ons that her purchased. 

So a recap, on the sims 4 I have access to all of the add ons plus base game whether I am on my account, or his. 

When I'm on the ps5 I can see the sims game and my add ons from both profiles, but it is telling me to purchase the dine out, parenthood, pets and other pack. It does not allow me to download them to either profile.

I have already went to system settings and tried the transfer data, no luck there. And I already clicked the options button while hovering over the sims game in the home screen. It does not show on my list of installed or able to install. 

Please help.

    @Yomammasllama 

    From your husband's profile, let's try these steps to see if we can get that DLC installed:

    1. Restore the licenses on your console 
    2. Go to your Game Library 
    3. Scroll to Your Collection
    4. Select The Sims 4
    5. Scroll down to Add-Ons and locate your DLC here
    6. Select the DLC in this list and select Install
    7. When the download finishes, let your new content install and restart The Sims

    Hey there @Yomammasllama,

    If you're not able to download content purchased from another account on your console, it sounds like you may need to set up game-sharing. You can set that up by following the steps in the article here. 

    Be sure to also restore the licenses on your console prior to setting this up.

    @EA_Solaire But the other issue is that even when signed into my husbands profile, which is where it was purchased on the ps4. It does show it in his purchases and I can play the add ons just fine on the 4 but it doesn't even let me download the add ons on his profile on the 5. Not sure if that made sense.

    Basically it shows on the 4 but not on the 5
    No matter if its my account im on or his.
