Im having trouble with some packs

Question

I'm having trouble with packs i already&nbsp; own shown&nbsp; in the picture&nbsp; above I've tried everything&nbsp; every time I try to download it I get an error they where working&nbsp; fine in the past I took a break but now that I try to play this happens please&nbsp; help.

Do you fully own Island Living, or were you accessing this when the pack was previously available through a PS Plus membership?
Please look over the transaction history on your console to verify how you've been accessing this pack.&nbsp;
