Island Living missing from PlayStation

Hello guys,

Never posted here before, but basically I brought 2 expansion packs on sims 4, one I brought last month and one I brought 8 months ago. I currently have a PS5 and ever since I downloaded the games on this console, one of the packs hasn't worked. I gave up trying to fix it. 

Now a second pack I was using, which I only brought last month has the same issue. The neighbourhood shows as locked and I dont have any of the content, but when I click it, it says I already own the pack. I've logged out and back in again, uninstalled and reinstalled the game, started a new save, restored the licenses, checked for updates nothing has worked. When I go into owned packs, I can no longer see the one I brought just a month ago and I can't use it! I've attached some photos to hopefully help explain what I mean, but if anyone else has anything I can try please help :(

    Hi all,

    Please verify if you fully own Island Living, or if you've been accessing this pack from PS Plus. It looks like this pack was removed from the PS Plus catalog, you'd need to fully purchase the pack to continue playing.

    If you have purchased this pack, please check your transaction history to verify that you're seeing the pack there, then try restoring your licenses.

    For some reason Island Living an expansion pack I've had pretty much since it came out won't download to my console. I paid for it so I should be able to access it. Please help or compensate me at least.

    I have island living but i cant use it? I tried downloading it but its not in my downloads and when i looked in the storage or whatever there was a lock symbol by it..looked at my transaction history and i got it for free back in 2024..i stopped playing sims for a while and hopped back on only for just that one pack to not wanna work.

    Hi 🙂 If you got it when it was free with PS+ it's since been removed from the ps+ game library and replaced with the City Living pack. You'd have to buy island living to be able to play it again unfortunately.

    Good evening. My gamertag is BlackButterfly82 on PlayStation. I have an issue in regards to an expansion pack and I'm not sure who I can reach out to, so I came here. I purchased the expansion Island Living for The Sims 4 sometime last year I believe. Whenever I hover over the pack, it says "Download to use". But whenever I go to download, it says "You already own this pack". But I don't have any of the items that come with the pack, so I don't think I have the pack, and it's not showing me that it can be downloaded. Even when I go to Downloads on the PlayStation, it gives me "Something went wrong" error message. Do I need to repurchase the expansion again (which I really hate to do) or can this issue be fixed without buying it again?
