Issues after update render game unplayable. Xbox OneS

  1. Staircases. Sims will not use some outdoor staircases that were previously fine, and I can’t figure out why.  
    2. My Library in the gallery freezes the whole game. Unable to exit out of the gallery screen or load any options. 
    3. CAS won’t scroll through clothes. Can change colour swatches of items already worn but that’s it. 
    4. Adopting a pet doesn’t work. The sim will pick the pet up and then get stuck. The pet eventually just disappears. 
    5. Will not ‘place lot’. Nothing happens when trying to place a lot from the gallery and you cannot exit out of the pop up screen. 
    6. Caterers only make white cakes. Never ending white cakes. Cakes for days. 

    I don’t use any cheats, I don’t use any CC.

    Im also experiencing problem 2,3 & 5. My CAS seems to be broken, cant scroll through all hair or eyes, basically anything with a color palette.

    The gallery is super broken, it indeed gets stuck when clicking on a gallery upload. This happens to lots, sims and tattoos. Especially tattoos, from the 10 different ones i tried, 1 worked.

    i need to restart my game like 7x per game session bc the gallery keeps getting stuck.

    I also get popups after purchasing from the marketplace after returning to the homepage, making the popup not clickable and having to restart my game as well. 

    The gallery seems to be broken for a few weeks now & CAS just seemed to break after this update. I hope this gets fixed ASAP since I was just working on making sims for my forever save file.

    I play on Xbox X as well, so never used mods or cc.
