Issues with ps5 CAS

I have two main issues that are driving me crazy. The first one that has been around for the past 2 updates is, that when I go to upload a tattoo (specifically) from the gallery if it’s in cas or just looking through the gallery on the home page, it freezes and I have to refresh the entire game. The second one which has only just happened is I’ve downloaded a few maker packs from the store and when I go to find them in the formal and party categories I can’t scroll down and when I select the maker packs option they just don’t show up whatsoever. These bugs are driving me nuts because I’m a big cas player, is there anything I can do on my half? 🙏🏻🙏🏻
