[XB/PS] Not being able to scroll/select in CAS

I’ve had to hard-close the game four times in a row now on Console just because I tried to give my Sim a tattoo. The second you open that page, the whole thing just freeze. None of the controller buttons work, you can't click "apply," and you can't even back out to the main menu.

The only "fix" is to literally close the app which is ridiculous. I’ve actually put money into this game for the business and hobby pack, and I can't even use the Tattoo in the gallery. It’s impossible to play like this! Fix it!

after the May 12th update, I literally cannot CAS on PS5. I click on the hair and my cursor freezes. I cant go up or down, by using either joystick or d pad. its the same with eyes, eyebrows, and most clothing. I wanted to try out the new update but cant. anyone know a fix? if not I hope they fix this

After clicking the show all option in cas from top/bottom/full body I am unable to scroll. 

Every time I click something in the gallery/my library I am unable to exit/save/or download and am forced to close my game. 

OMG same! It’s so annoying🥲 I didn’t even want to update it but you get forced to on console…

This is exactly what happening everytime I enter create a sim 

every time i enter create a sim , the cursor disappears and i can’t select anything. i tried to restart the game itself and my console, nothing changed. it wasn’t doing any of this before the may 12th base game  update 

I’m also having this issue wtf

I also can not scroll down the long hair, hats, jackets, boots, and Tank tops. I play on xbox next gen, getting a bit sick now of every time there being new update something else brakes it's becoming a bit of a joke. 😡
