Lag/freeze when trying to delete or adding something in build mode (console)

I play on my PS5 and lately when I’ve been playing, I see that in build mode when I go to delete/sell something it stutters and lags leading it to take a second for it to actually go away. This also ...

No I don’t have many items at all, I’m doing a challenge to fill the apts. and they all have to start empty. My sim now is in a rags to riches kinda of situation and doesn’t have much in there.
