Growing Together bonus items no longer in my game

Please try the following and let me know if you're seeing the content in-game then:

• Restore the licenses on your console 
• Go to your Game Library 
• Scroll to Your Collection
• Select The Sims 4
• Scroll down to Add-Ons and locate your DLC here
• Select the DLC in this list and select Install
• When the download finishes, let your new content install and restart The Sims

EA_Solaire​ I haven't had time to do this yet, but I just loaded up a different lot that I hadn't loaded for a long time that had the swing set bonus item. When I loaded it up (long after I first noticed this issue on other lots), the swing set was there as it should be. I went into build mode and found the toddler slide there as well. However, after I went to manage worlds and re-loaded the same lot, I got a popup that I don't own an item and it would be removed, and the swing set was gone and I can no longer find either one in build mode (accessed from the same lot).

Thanks, were you game-sharing this pack or had you fully purchased it on your current PSN account? 

EA_Solaire​ I purchased it with my Playstation account - I'm not really sure what game sharing is, but there's only one PS account associated with my console...

Thanks, try a full uninstall and reinstall of the game and your DLC, let me know if the bonus content appears for you then.

In the meantime, another development... I've been playing the same household on the same lot for awhile (the one where the swing set had disappeared) and at some point I noticed that the bonus items were back in the build mode catalog. I'm not sure when they reappeared, but the game had been restarted several times either due to crashing while saving or due to the lag getting bad. So I re-added the swing set to the lot and then it crashed again while saving. When I re-loaded it, the swing set was gone again and I got the Items Removed popup. After that, the game crashed when I tried to access the household inventory - this has happened a few times recently and I wonder if it might be connected, though I never had any of the bonus items in the household inventory.
