Lost Connection/Profile Changed

My partner was just playing a brand-new, one day save that he started. He just had a couple of sims that he created and moved them into a house in Willow Creek. He went into Build Mode and suddenly got a message saying "Caution: You have lost your connection to Xbox Live...." So he saved and got completely out of the game. When he was at the Main menu it still showed he was connected to the Marketplace so I don't know why he'd get that message. Xbox Live all okay, shows on EA.com that profile is connected to Xbox.

He got back into the game and the message showed again when he went into Build Mode. He went into Live mode from there, and another message popped up that said, "A profile change has occurred. Returning to the title screen." It kicked him out to the title screen. He signed out/signed back into Xbox account, then started game again. What could this mean? I have never seen that profile change message before.

    These errors usually mean the connection to the Xbox Live services has been lost. If either of these errors pop up for you again, I'd recommend running through the steps in the guide here to be sure you have a strong connection to the Xbox servers.
