Lost Items After Weekly Event Due to Game Freeze on PS5

Hi everyone,

Last week, after completing all the weekly event tasks on my PS5, my game froze. When I restarted it, I lost all the items I had earned, although the progress was saved. Unfortunately, the same thing happened again this week! All the items are missing, and I’m concerned that I won’t be able to complete last week’s challenge because of this issue.

I’m really upset and would appreciate any help or advice on how to fix this problem.
