Sims 4 on Xbox (series x) completely broken :(

Hi, my wife and I have played sims 4 since launch and there’s been some bugs but now its almost unplayable. Since lovestruck, we’ve seen a lot of issues:

1. The game will not launch at startup. I must launch another game, close it in order to launch sims.
2. When an event is happening (GeekCon, spice, etc.) it doesn’t despawn (see pic)so you’re left with everything in the civic area (with music playing).
3. woohoo in the sauna cancels out when you select it (they look at each other then it cancels).
4. When you request a table on an official date you’re not seated, Weird. However, if you travel with a sim (not on official date) it works.
5. when you own a rental or vet office it does not show up only when you enter build mode and exit you can see it for a short period of time.

We play on Xbox series x so there’s no CC. I’ve uninstalled/installed the game and various dlc’s without any luck. looked everywhere on here but I didn’t see any solutions. I don’t want to delete everything (we have 7 years of characters and builds). Any solutions?  😊 Hopefully the consoles get some love and patches are made. Thanks everyone.
