Lots and households not loading

Question

every time i try and download a lot or a household it says “Gallery item failed to download. Please try again.” along with “Your library is full! You won't be able to save additional items to the library until you delete items from your library” SOMEONE PLEASE HELP :(

what do i need to do? and if i delete my sims app will my packs that i’ve brought be gone?

How many lots/households do you currently have saved to your lirbary in the Gallery? Try removing some, let me know if that clears the error up.
Reinstalling would not remove your access to any packs you've purchased as those are tied to your PlayStation account- you can redownload any packs you own at any time.&nbsp;
