There was a similar problem in this thread: here but unfortunately the solution didn't work for me.The game has been running and saving fine until two weeks ago when lots and sims suddenly started either not saving at all to library, or only partially saving, or saving corrupt and marked with an X.This makes the game impossible to enjoy playing as any creations I make can't be saved or backed up.Please help.

Hi everyone, The team has been looking into your issue and wanted to let you know the following: Maxis is aware that some players may have reached the limit of creations they can save to My Library on PlayStation 4. While your creations will show in My Library while the game is running, the limit can cause some of the creations to disappear when the game is restarted. The team is currently working to improve and increase save space in My Library to allow more creations to be saved. In the meantime, if you want to save a new creation, you may need to remove a prior creation. Removing a creation that shipped with The Sims 4 on console will not increase the My Library save count available to you. I have been having this issue too, the last thing that properly saved to my library was on 1/18 everything else either corrupts or disappears.

I am having the same problem. Whenever I go to save a household to my library it will stay saved until I turn off my ps4. Once my PS4 is restarted all my newly saved households are disappeared. There is a corrupted file with an x that states "could not locate this item" when I click on it. That file was created on 1/14/18 and I have not been able to save another household to my library since. So frustrating.

That sounds exactly the same as my problem. Right down to the corrupted file being the first of the saving problems.

Same here - when my saves to the library aren't corrupting without any way to delete them, they're deleting themselves & won't save no matter what I try to do. Two halves of the same root issue, I suppose?

Im also having the same problem its so frustrating i tweeted simgurunick they are aware of it but don't know if it will get fixed

Hi mumofharry, sorry for asking this redundant question, but you were able to tweet simgurunick & he acknowledged that they're aware of this issue? I don't use twitter, but it's at least nice to know that it really is on their radar, I suppose. As far as his saying he doesn't know if it will get fixed.. hopefully that just means they're working on a fix & just can't say for sure when it will be released in a patch. Fingers crossed, I won't be able to fully enjoy the game until this is fixed.

Yes he replied and said that he they'd had received reports of this but had not been able to reproduce it themselves but they were looking into it they didn't say it wouldn't get fixed that was my thoughts i just think until it becomes a problem for alot of people it won't be priority mine made a random save the other day which was weird mine happened after i moved a sim out of a household do you remember what you did b4 it happened maybe there might be a thing we're doing

Oh wow I see, thank you for answering! What most likely triggered it for me is that I was saving several households or lots all at one time on at least two separate occasions, which probably overwhelmed the game & basically 'broke' my library. The last time I had done it my game crashed, I'd lost everything I just saved, & from then on it was no longer working properly.

That could explain why they're can't reproduce the bug, because they're probably just saving one thing at a time & seeing what happens. They might have to spam-save a bunch of things & try to overwhelm the game like I apparently did & see if it kills their library, too.
